James Michael Snyder

Owner James ‘Mike’ Snyder founded Jacor Construction to service the San Diego County.  Mike’s extensive back ground in all facets of construction; allowed him to start his own General Contracting firm. His experience came from on the job training and working in all areas of construction; estimating, layout, metal stud framing, drywall installation and all types of finish work.  With Mike’s confidence, work ethic, honesty and diligence he has seen the growth in his company that he worked so hard to achieve.  Mike is responsible for estimating, contract negotiation and project management for our larger ‘ground-up’ projects.  Mike, a native San Diegan, is committed to providing the quality construction every project deserves at the competitive pricing the industry requires. Mike’s construction career spans the last 3 decades, starting as a general contractor’s assistant to owner of many companies which includes Jacor Construction. Mike’s educational background is in business and construction management. As President of Jacor Construction, Mike’s personal attention to our clients’ needs permeates the company philosophy of taking care of the client; first and foremost.

Jim Washam

Jim serves as Jacor Construction’s Vice President and Director of Business Development and brings more than a dozen years of business development and sales experience to the Jacor team. He is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing strategic partner relationships, as well as the development of new business opportunities in regards to new construction and tenant improvement projects. Jim’s goal is to establish and maintain long term, trusting relationships with all of Jacor Construction’s clients and prospects. Jim is exceptionally organized and his follow up is top rated. Jim has a strong working knowledge of the construction industry and works hard to understand each client’s specific wants and needs.

Harry Van Sickle

Harry has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He understands how project should be completed and has a great eye for helping customers realize their visions. He has extensive experience with companies such as TSA, Snyder Langston Builders, and Swinerton Builders. He is well-versed in the complexities and demands of medical, office, restaurant, retail and industrial construction.
