Colleen Powell
As Project Coordinator for Jacor, Colleen works directly with the project managers and superintendents executing the completion of the project to include change orders, submittals, RFIs, schedules and meeting minutes. She has been with the company almost eight years and loves what she does. In her spare time she enjoys golfing with her husband where they live in Rancho Mirage, California.
Sandra Grow
Sandra has been in the construction industry for nearly thirty years, she joined the Jacor team in the fall of 2015. Her responsibilities include all the financial and office management within the company. Prior to joining Jacor she worked as an office manager for a residential landscape contractor. During that time she volunteered for the California Landscape Contractors Association holding the position of Treasurer and chair positions in Legislation, President and Chairperson of the Board. Sandra enjoys time with her family, travel, being outdoors, backpacking, and quilting.
Max Washam
Max grew up in Poway, CA and went to college in Tacoma, WA at the University of Puget Sound, where he played football for (4) years and got a degree is Cell Biology. He then moved back to San Diego and started working for Jacor in the beginning of 2019. Max is a senior estimator for Jacor and assist with business development and project management., helping grow the business in both our San Diego and Tempe offices. His hobbies outside of work include surfing, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
