Mi Pan Bakery

Mi Pan Bakery continues to take shape as the project moves into its final stages. This week, significant progress was made throughout the space, with electrical work for the bakery’s Spain imported oven equipment nearing completion and preparations underway for final inspections. Water lines were connected to the ovens, bringing another key system online in anticipation of equipment installation.
Inside the bakery, the front-of-house concrete floor was professionally ground and sealed, while the exterior transformation continued with new column siding, fresh exterior paint, and updated storefront signage. The project also reached another important milestone by successfully completing its mid-health inspection, keeping the team on track toward opening.
Looking ahead, work will focus on the finishes that will bring the bakery to life. Cabinetry installation will begin, countertops will be templated, interior painting will get underway, tile installation will be completed, restroom fixtures will be installed, and the remaining electrical work will be finalized in preparation for inspection.

Crispy Cones
Jacor Construction completed a full gut renovation and commercial tenant improvement for Crispy Cones in Carlsbad, California. Designed to deliver a modern, elevated customer experience, the project transformed the existing space into a fully operational specialty dessert concept featured on Shark Tank.
The scope of work included framing, drywall, insulation, full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, equipment installation, and coordination of all inspections and jurisdictional requirements. Delivered on time and on budget, the completed space reflects a clean, modern design built to support both operational performance and customer experience.
The Hala Guys
Jacor Construction completed a 2,100 SF tenant improvement project for The Halal Guys in San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood, delivering a vibrant, high-energy restaurant environment designed to reflect the brand’s bold identity and customer experience. The project combined detailed interior finishes, full kitchen infrastructure, and coordinated system upgrades to create a fully operational restaurant space built for both efficiency and atmosphere.
The scope of work included a full kitchen and hood system installation, custom tile and millwork, branded wall treatments, electrical and mechanical upgrades, ADA-compliant restrooms, exterior signage coordination, and full collaboration with city inspections and health department approvals.
Taco Bell LIV MAS Café
Jacor Construction completed its 7th Taco Bell LIV MÁS Café remodel for this franchise partner, delivering the project in just 4 weeks while keeping the restaurant 100% operational throughout construction. The successful renovation reflects our commitment to efficiency, quality, and seamless project execution in active environments.
