Mack Industrial continues to make steady progress as interior spaces become more defined and building systems advance. This week, crews continued framing demising walls and interior partitions while expanding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins throughout the facility.

Another key milestone was successfully passing the framing inspection, allowing work to move confidently into the next phase of construction. One-sided drywall installation is also progressing, beginning the transition from structural framing to finished interior spaces. Additional improvements included installing the break room door and continuing overhead HVAC rough-ins to support the building’s future operations.

WestPac Financial Partners is entering the final phase of construction as the project nears completion. With the final city inspection successfully passed, the team has shifted its focus to the finishing details that prepare the new office for occupancy.

Over the past several weeks, Jacor has completed final electrical work, installed window blinds and frosted office glass, and continued addressing punch list items to ensure every detail meets our quality standards. Additional drywall repairs and paint touch-ups were completed while allowing adequate curing time before the installation of the final interior signage.

As the last finishing touches are completed, the project is on track for closeout. By maintaining attention to detail through the final phase, Jacor is delivering a polished workspace that’s ready to support WestPac Financial Partners for years to come.

Jacor Construction completed the 3,900-square-foot build-out of Bright Wealth Management within a Class A office environment. The project featured premium flooring and carpet installation, ceiling systems, detailed wall finishes, and the construction of new office and conference room spaces designed around a modern open floor plan.

Completed on an accelerated 6-week schedule, the project required close coordination with building ownership, trade partners, and inspection teams to maintain safe operations and secure access within an actively occupied building.

Riverside Office Project

Jacor Construction completed the 6,000-square-foot Riverside Office Project in Tempe, Arizona, delivering a full office build-out on schedule and within budget. The project included new interior finishes, demising walls and doors throughout the suite, and a complete redesign of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure to support the updated occupancy requirements.

Completed during the holiday season, the project required efficient coordination and accelerated execution to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality craftsmanship throughout the build.

Jacor Construction completed a 40,000 SF tenant improvement project for the San Diego Foundation, delivering a modern, high-functioning space designed to support the organization’s mission and daily operations. The project included extensive interior upgrades, custom finishes, infrastructure improvements, and multiuse space enhancements completed through close coordination between ownership, architects, and trade partners.

The scope of work included custom millwork, flooring, electrical, framing, HVAC, glazing, painting, low-voltage/data infrastructure, plumbing, fire sprinklers, demolition, and redesigned multiuse restrooms. The project was completed with a strong focus on communication, craftsmanship, and efficient execution from start to finish.

Jacor Construction completed a 3,000 SF office tenant improvement for WestPac in Carlsbad, transforming the space through a full gut renovation into a modern and welcoming financial office environment. As the fifth completed project for the WestPac team, the build reflects the long-standing partnership, trust, and collaboration between both teams.

The scope of work included framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, ceilings, doors and hardware, paint, custom cabinetry, HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler modifications, all completed through close coordination with the client, architect, and local jurisdictions.
