Project Update

Elevate Training is off to a strong start as demolition transitions into the first phase of construction. Following the pre-construction meeting, the team quickly mobilized to complete saw cutting, underground utility work, and concrete repairs while preparing the space for its new layout.

With underground work complete, progress has shifted to interior framing and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins. HVAC layouts have been established, framing is underway, and materials have been stocked to keep work moving efficiently. The project team is also coordinating closely with the client on design selections and submittals to help maintain momentum as construction progresses.
