In Progress- Juniper Dance Studio
Juniper Creek Dance Studio has wrapped up Phase 2 and is getting ready for the next stage of its transformation. During the final walkthrough for Phase 2, the team identified one last detail: adjusting the track lights to point upward. That adjustment was completed, allowing the team to close out this phase with the finishing touches in place.
With Phase 2 behind them, the project is preparing to move into Phase 3, continuing Jacor’s work toward bringing the client’s vision to life.

In Progress- Elevate Training
Elevate Training is officially complete! The project moved through its final installations and finishing touches, including door installation, painting of the doors and baseboards, mirror installation, and completion of the final mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. A final cleaning helped bring everything together, leaving the space polished, refreshed, and ready for training.
Every detail plays a part in creating a space that works well for the people who use it, and this project brought together the essential finishing work needed to prepare Elevate Training for its next chapter.

Impact-X Performance Gym
Jacor Construction completed a full-scale demolition and rebuild for Impact-X Performance Gym, transforming the space into a premium training and recovery facility. The project included full demolition, flooring, custom lighting, sauna construction, audio/visual integration, doors, framing and drywall, HVAC, roofing, and plumbing. Despite permitting delays, extended material lead times, and ongoing inspections, the Jacor team adapted throughout construction and ultimately delivered the project one week ahead of schedule.
