The Heart & Wellness Center is a private cardiology group providing personalized heart care to patients across San Diego County. The tenant improvements included demolition; solid surface cabinetry; modern floor coverings; new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the facility; upgraded lighting fixtures; framing and drywall; ceiling grid and tile; doors and frames; and custom wall finishes.
