What used to sit on the corner of E Street and 4th Ave was a local flower shop but when they outgrew the space, the Alfa Surgery team knew this location was one they couldn’t pass on. 

After completely demoing the old flower shop, we were left with a blank slate to build this cutting-edge medical facility from the ground up. Challenges were presented throughout the project; including an issue with the street light encroaching upon the building, but Jacor Construction remained diligent and saw the project to completion.
