When the San Diego Continuing Education North City Campus relocated to a new facility, it left this two story structure vacant and up for sale! The crew over at La Petite Ecole knew that this building had potential and would make the perfect campus for their pre-K to 8th grade bilingual educational institution. Almost all of the interior had to be completely gutted and reworked to accommodate for: a new lobby area, twenty new classrooms, five office spaces, a library, a sleep room, new auditorium, small kitchenette, fourteen newly finished restrooms, as well as storage for miscellaneous items and electrical throughout.
