In Progress-Lucid Motors
Jacor Construction completed a two-building full gut remodel, transforming the existing facilities into a fully integrated Lucid Motors sales and service operation serving the Mission Viejo community.
The project included a complete redesign of the sales floor and customer areas, a multi-zoned service department with more than 30 service lift bays, a second-floor parking deck and vehicle display area, dedicated vehicle wash bays, and extensive improvements throughout both buildings.
The Jacor Way in Action
A major part of the project involved coordinating with Orange County and local jurisdictional agencies, including fire, building and environmental authorities. Jacor worked closely with the project team to incorporate requirements related to EV charging, battery storage, fire and life safety, environmental considerations and ADA accessibility.
The vehicle wash systems also required careful coordination, including connections to the facility’s sand separators to support the operational needs of the service center.
From estimating and preconstruction through operations and closeout, the project was a true team effort. The result is a fully integrated Lucid sales and service facility designed to support both the brand and its customers for years to come.

In Progress-Hazard Center

Hazard Center continued progressing through its exterior and finish work this week, with crews focusing on the east paseo, stairwells, and planter areas. Lighting and conduit work moved forward, while planter preparation advanced through backing, foam infill, and coping. This week, the project is beginning to take another visible step toward completion as soil is added to the planters, irrigation installation begins, and landscaping gets underway. Tile work is also starting along the east paseo, while painting and screen wall repairs continue throughout the site.

At this stage, progress comes from bringing many individual details together. Lighting, landscaping, tile, painting, and planter finishes each play a part in creating the final look and function of the center. Coordinating these pieces as they move forward helps keep the project coming together as one cohesive space.
