In Progress-Lucid Motors
07/20/26
The Lucid Motors Service, Sales & Delivery Center in Mission Viejo is continuing to take shape as the project moves deeper into the finishing stages. This week, interior painting in the service area was completed while painting continued in other areas of the facility. HVAC work progressed throughout both the service and sales spaces, and crews continued finish electrical and lighting installation. Low-voltage work is now underway, restroom tile installation is in progress, and air lines and parts shelving are being installed throughout the service center.
Another major milestone was reached with the completion of the vehicle lift installation, bringing the service areas one step closer to their finished purpose. Looking ahead, the team will continue coordinating tile, painting, air line installation, HVAC, and finish electrical work as the various pieces of this large-scale facility come together. With work progressing across the sales, service, and customer-facing spaces, the focus remains on thoughtful coordination between trades and maintaining momentum toward the project’s final stages.
The Jacor Way in Action
A project of this scale requires more than simply completing one phase at a time—it takes careful coordination across multiple trades, specialized vendors, and distinct spaces, each with its own purpose. From customer-facing sales areas to highly technical service bays, the Jacor team is helping bring every piece together with an eye toward both function and finish. As major milestones are completed and specialized equipment is installed, the team continues to keep the project moving forward while ensuring each space is ready to support Lucid’s operations for years to come.
